Daily Itinerary

  • Board flight from Las Vegas Airport bound to Warsaw, Poland.

  • You will be welcomed by your tour escort and driver and transferred to the hotel in Warsaw for check-in, dinner and overnight stay.

  • In the morning, we board the coach and drive to Czestochowa. Visit Jasna Gora Monastery in Czestochowa (entrance fee included) – Poland’s most important Pilgrimage destination. Our guided tour will take us through the Monastery, Basilica, Chapel of the Black Madonna, Contemporary Via Dolorosa, Knight’s Hall and Treasury. Celebrate Mass at one of the chapels of Jasna Gora Monastery. Drive to Krakow and check-in to the hotel upon arrival with dinner and an overnight stay.

  • Today enjoy a tour of downtown Krakow. See the Wawel Hill, visit Wawel Cathedral (entrance fee included). Continue to Market Square, the biggest in Europe, via Kanonicza Street, pass by Papal Window of Bishop's Palace from which Saint John Paul II used to address his followers, see the patio of Collegium Maius where the Pope was a student. Visit St. Mary’s Church (entrance fee included) famous for its Wit Stwosz’s wooden altar. Celebrate Mass at a local church. Then, we drive to visit Wieliczka Salt Mines (entrance fee included), a unique place where many generations of Polish miners have created a world of underground salt lakes with a rich interior of decorated chapels including the famous Blessed Kinga Chapel. Back to hotel in Krakow for dinner and overnight stay.

  • In the morning, we drive to Auschwitz and visit the Nazi concentration Camp of Auschwitz (entrance fee included), where St. Teresa Benedicta (Edith Stein) faced martyrdom and St. Maximilian Kolbe died in the Death Block from starvation after volunteering his life for that of a fellow prisoner. Have some free time for independent lunch. After, we proceed to Lagiewniki, the capical of the Divine Mercy. We will celebrate Mass in the Basilica of the Divine Mercy, whih was consecrated by St. John Paul II during his last trip to Poland. Enjoy a tour led by one of the sisters. It is in this place that the message of the Divine Mercy originated, which Christ Himself wished to pass on to our generation through the meditation of St. Faustina. The Sanctuary houses grace working image of the Merciful Jesus and the relics of St. Faustina. As we visit the Shrine of Divine Mercy we will see St. Faustina's convent chapel and her Tomb. Back to Krakow for overnight stay.

  • We depart for Wadowice and visit the modest family apartment where Karol Wojtyła, the future Pope John Paul II, was born. The home has been converted into a museum, showcasing personal items, photographs, and details about his early life. Celebrate Mass at the church of the Presentation of the Virgin Mary where he was baptized. We continue to Prague where we will check in, have dinner, and stay overnight.

  • Full day of sightseeing in Prague focusing on Hradcany Castle (entrance fee included), St. Vitus Cathedral, the Royal Castle, St. George’s Basilica and the Church of Our Lady Victorious, where we see the Statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague. Celebrate Mass in Church of Our Lady Victoria (subject to confirmation). Lunch on your own. Later, cross Charles Bridge visiting the old town, the Market Square “Astronomical clock” and Wenceslas Square. Dinner at a local restaurant before heading back to our hotel for overnight stay.

  • Depart for Brno, the country’s second largest city after Prague and the largest city of Moravia where we will enjoy a short panoramic tour including Spilberk Castle, Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul, Brno Ossuary (only exterior view, by tour escort). Continue to Bratislava where we will also have a tour walking down to the Old Town pass by St. Martin's Cathedral, Michael ́s Gate, Academia Istropolitana historical building, Main Square, Primatial (Archbishop in the past) Palace, churches, palaces of famous families, Slovak National Theatre and Bratislava Castle on the hill with a panorama view on Bratislava (exterior views). Check in, dinner, and overnight in Bratislava.

  • We depart Bratislava and make our way to Vienna. Upon arrival, we will have a guided tour of Vienna and stroll along the charming squares and medieval streets, learn the rich history and culture behind Austria’s capital city. Other sites we will see include Otto Wagner’s Stadtbahn pavilions, The Vienna Opera House, Heroes’ Square, St. Augustine’s Church, St. Stephen’s Cathedral and Mozart’s House (exterior views only). Pass by the Belvedere Palace well known for its beautiful gardens. Have a photostop at the Schonbrunn Palace before departure to Budapest where we will check in, have dinner, and stay overnight.

  • We check out and have a guided sightseeing tour of Budapest. Our visits today include the Fisherman’s Bastion (entrance fee included), which takes its name from the guild of fishermen that were responsible for defending this stretch of city walls in the Middle Ages, followed by Matthias Church (entrance fee included), a gorgeous Romanesque style church whose Ecclesiastical Art museum houses numerous sacred relics and medieval stone carvings, including replicas of the Hungarian royal crown and coronation jewels. We depart for Marija Bistrica in Zagreb and upon arrival we celebrate Mass at the Marian Shrine of the Black Madonna (subject to confirmation). The votive statue of Mother of God dates from the end of the 15th century. Check into our hotel in Zagreb with dinner and overnight stay.

  • We start they day with a Mass at a local church followed by a tour of Zagreb. ·See Old Town with Kapitol and St. Stephen's Cathedral. Continue to Grades, the second part of old Zagreb, to the chapel of " Mother of God at the Stone Gate”, and finally St. Mark's square with the church of St. Mark (exterior views only, by tour escort). After we make our way to Medjugorje, ·a place of pilgrimage where the Virgin Mary has appeared for decades. Check in, dinner and overnight stay in Medjugorje.

  • Today we climb the Cross Mountain where in 1933, on the anniversary of Jesus' crucifixion, the villagers of Medjugorje erected a 29-foot cross in which resides a relic from the True Cross. Embark on a 2-3 hour hike up the mountain and pray the stations of the cross along the way (weather dependent). We will also have the chance to climb the Apparition Hill (weather dependent). Follow the same path where the 6 young visionaries first encountered Our Lady. Pray at the statue commemorating the spot where Our Lady first appeared. At the base of the Apparition Hill is a Blue Cross, the site of present-day apparitions. It is also the location where the visionaries would meet in the early days of the apparitions to avoid the Communist police. In the afternoon, join local villagers and pilgrims to participate at St. James evening prayer program including the Rosary, Mass and participate in a special Blessing of the Sick. Enjoy Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and opportunities for Confession in one of the 60+ confessionals provided for pilgrims.

  • We start the day with a Mass at a local church before departing for Dubrovnik, Croatia. Enjoy a guided tour of Dubrovnik known as the Pearl the Adriatic Sea. The tour begins on the west side of the city across the bridge guarded by a statue of Saint Blaise, through Pile gate and down the city's main artery, known as Stradun. Along the way, we pass the Onofrio's fountain, 14th century Franciscan Monastery whose cloister ranks among the most inspiring sights of the city, Sponza Palace notable for its columned courtyard with elaborate stone carvings and we visit the Dominican Church and monastery and cathedral with its treasury (entrance fee included). Back to Medjugorje for dinner and overnight stay.

  • Drive to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, known for its traditional religious diversity, with faithful Muslims, Orthodox, Catholics and Jews who have been living for centuries. Due to this long and rich history of religious diversity and coexistence, Sarajevo is known as the 'Jerusalem of Europe'. Enjoy a guided tour including the famous 17th century Gazi Husrev Beg Mosque (entrance fee included) with its magnificent ornamentation of stalactites under the dome. We also visit the picturesque 15th century Bas Carsija bazaar in the historic city center, the Austro-Hungarian quarter and the stadium (exterior views). Check into hotel in Sarajevo with dinner and overnight stay.

  • At agreed time, a group transfer to Sarajevo airport to catch our flights back home.
