These are some of the most frequently asked questions from potential pilgrims. For Any Questions or Inquiries not asked and answered below, you can submit a question and one of our representatives will answer you promptly.


Can I book my own air for this trip?

YES, provided that you have to make your airline arrangement base on the group’s scheduled flight. If you opt to make your own flight arrangement and is not compatible with the group’s schedule of arrival at the port of entry, then you will have to make your transportation transfer at your own expense to meet the rest of the group at the hotel. This applies for all departures and arrivals.

How old can a child join a pilgrimage trip?

There is no set age for a child to join a pilgrimage trip, however, for the convenience of the child, care taker and other pilgrims, we recommend that minor to be at least 15 years or older.

Is it mandatory to purchase travel insurance?

NO. Travel insurance is optional, however, it is highly recommended by the agency, especially if you have any existing medical condition or unforeseen circumstances that may occur before or during the trip.

Do I get refund on my reservation down payment money if I cancel my reservation?

An administrative fee of $200 goes toward all cancellations.

Can I use credit card to pay for my down payment?

Yes, 4% surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions. A Credit Card Authorization form should be completed and signed if done over the phone or when cardholder is not present at the time of charge.

Do I get a refund on my full payment money if I cancel my reservation?

91 days or more prior to departure,

  • A $200 administrative fee per person will apply.

90-60 days prior to departure,

  • Cancellation fee of 25% of tour cost will apply.

59-30 days prior to departure,

  • Cancellation fee of 50% of tour cost will apply.

29-15 days prior to departure,

  • Cancellation fee of 75% of tour cost will apply.

14 days or less prior to departure,

  • Cancellation fee of 100% of tour cost will apply.

Do you provide trip orientation/information meeting? By who?

YES. The tour host will inform you about the meeting. Tour host and/or Spiritual Director usually facilitate/s the meeting, with a representative from the travel agency.

If three (3) persons share one room, will the third person get discount?

NO. The maximum number of people in a room is preferably 2. The tour price is based on a per-person basis.

What about visa requirements?

All US, Canadians and Mexican citizens do not require visa upon departure from the US departing airports to Israel and Jordan. Other citizenships should call the Consulate of the countries to be visited to obtain visa. Travel agency is not responsible to get or obtain visas.

Do children age sixteen (16) or under get discount?

NO, since airlines and hotels do not give discounts to children regardless of age on group rates.

How do you handle Covid testing?

Covid testing varies from country to country as protocols and procedures are updated periodically. We stay informed with the latest news through our suppliers and airlines and the embassy. We will inform you of all the requirements and costs for Covid related testing.

Will my cancelation fees be waived due to my illness or family emergencies?

NO, we recommend purchasing travel insurance for this reason. Payment for travel insurance should be made directly to the insurance company before or at the time of full payment.
