Board flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Krakow International Airport.

Arrive at Krakow Airport, where you will meet your tour escort and board the coach. Upon arrival at the hotel, proceed with check-in before enjoying dinner. Spend the night at the hotel in Krakow, resting for the journey ahead.

Enjoy a morning guided tour of Kraków beginning at historic Wawel Hill, where you will visit Wawel Cathedral (entrance fee included), one of the finest Renaissance landmarks in Central Europe. Continue along Kanonicza Street to the Main Market Square, the largest medieval square in Europe, passing the Papal Window at the Bishop’s Palace from which Saint John Paul II addressed the faithful, and viewing the courtyard of Collegium Maius where he once studied. The tour includes a visit to St. Mary’s Church (entrance fee included), renowned for its magnificent wooden altar carved by Wit Stwosz. Lunch will be on your own before driving to Łagiewniki, the world center of Divine Mercy. Here, you will visit the Divine Mercy Sanctuary with your tour escort and, subject to confirmation, celebrate Mass at the Shrine. The day concludes with dinner and overnight accommodation at your hotel in Kraków.

This day begins with a drive to Auschwitz to visit the former Nazi concentration camp (entrance fee included), a place of profound reflection where St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross (Edith Stein) faced martyrdom and St. Maximilian Kolbe offered his life for a fellow prisoner in the Death Block (subject to confirmation). Lunch will be on your own before continuing to Wadowice, the birthplace of Pope Saint John Paul II. Here, you will celebrate Mass at the Basilica of the Blessed Virgin Mary where he was baptized (subject to confirmation) and visit his childhood home, now a museum (entrance fee included, subject to confirmation). Afterward, return to Kraków for dinner and overnight accommodation at your hotel.

Today we drive to Częstochowa to visit the renowned Jasna Góra Monastery, Poland’s most important Marian shrine. Enjoy a guided tour of the monastery (entrance fee included, subject to confirmation), including visits to the Treasury, the Knights’ Hall, the Refectory, and the Basilica of the Holy Cross and the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. The highlight of the visit will be time before the miraculous icon of the Black Madonna, venerated for centuries by pilgrims from around the world. Subject to confirmation, we will celebrate Mass in one of the monastery chapels. Lunch will be on your own before returning to Kraków for dinner and overnight accommodation at your hotel.

After an early breakfast at the hotel, we check out and board the coach for our drive to Wieliczka. Here, we visit Europe’s oldest salt mine (entrance fee included, subject to confirmation), a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we explore the remarkable underground chambers, including those dedicated to the Blessed Kings and St. Anthony of the Holy Cross. Subject to confirmation, we will celebrate Mass at a local church before continuing by coach to Prague. Lunch will be on your own en route. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, followed by a late dinner and overnight accommodation in Prague.

Enjoy a day of sightseeing in Prague beginning with a visit to the Hradčany Castle complex (entrance fee included, subject to confirmation), including St. Vitus Cathedral, the Royal Castle, and St. George’s Basilica. Continue to the Church of Our Lady Victorious to see the revered statue of the Infant Jesus of Prague and, subject to confirmation, celebrate Holy Mass there. Cross the historic Charles Bridge to explore Prague’s Old Town, one of Europe’s best-preserved historic city centers, including the Old Town Square and exterior views of the Town Hall with its famous Astronomical Clock. Lunch will be on your own, followed by a leisurely afternoon to explore at your own pace. The day concludes with dinner and overnight accommodation at your hotel in Prague.

Depart Prague by coach for Vienna, enjoying lunch on your own en route. Along the way, stop in Melk to visit the magnificent Baroque Melk Abbey (entrance fee included, subject to confirmation), dramatically perched above the Danube River. This historic abbey is a place of deep spiritual and cultural significance, and, subject to confirmation, we will celebrate Mass here. Continue onward to Vienna, where you will check in at your hotel, enjoy dinner, and settle in for overnight accommodation.

Enjoy a guided tour of Vienna as you stroll through its charming squares and historic streets, learning about the rich history and culture of Austria’s capital. Highlights include views of Otto Wagner’s Stadtbahn pavilions, the Vienna State Opera, Heroes’ Square, St. Augustine’s Church (exterior view only), and St. Stephen’s Cathedral (entrance fee included), as well as an exterior view of Mozart’s House. You will also pass by the Belvedere Palace, admired for its beautiful gardens. Lunch will be on your own before visiting the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace (entrance fee included, subject to confirmation), the former summer residence of the Habsburgs, featuring 1,441 rooms and the Hall of Mirrors where Mozart once performed as a child. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the palace is a highlight of the day. We will celebrate Mass at a local church before enjoying free time in the afternoon. Depart Vienna by coach for Zagreb, with lunch on your own en route. After an approximately five-hour drive, stop at the Marian Shrine of Marija Bistrica, one of Croatia’s most important pilgrimage sites. With your tour escort, visit this historic shrine dedicated to the Black Madonna, whose revered votive statue of the Mother of God dates back to the late 15th century. Subject to confirmation, celebrate Mass at the shrine before continuing on to Zagreb. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel, enjoy dinner, and settle in for overnight accommodation in Zagreb.

Drive south toward Medjugorje, with lunch on your own en route. Along the way, stop in Split after an approximately five-hour drive from Zagreb and enjoy a short orientation tour with your tour escort. This historic coastal city, known for its rich past and impressive cultural heritage, offers a brief introduction to its most notable sights. Afterward, continue onward to Medjugorje for dinner and overnight stay.

Begin the day with a walking orientation tour to learn about the history of the Medjugorje apparitions and the events that have unfolded over the past 37 years. Subject to confirmation, celebrate public Mass in English at St. James Church. Weather and conditions permitting, climb Apparition Hill along the same path where the six young visionaries first encountered Our Lady, pausing in prayer at the statue marking the site of the first apparition. At the base of the hill stands the Blue Cross, the location of present-day apparitions and an important place of prayer where the visionaries once gathered to avoid Communist authorities. Lunch will be on your own before joining local villagers and fellow pilgrims in the afternoon for St. James Church’s evening prayer program, including the Rosary and Mass, as well as Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and opportunities for Confession (subject to confirmation). The day concludes with dinner and overnight accommodation at your hotel in Medjugorje.

Drive from Medjugorje to Sarajevo and upon arrival in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, known for its centuries-old tradition of religious diversity among Muslims, Orthodox Christians, Catholics, and Jews, you will discover why the city is often called the “Jerusalem of Europe.” Lunch will be on your own before enjoying a guided tour that includes the 17th-century Gazi Husrev Beg Mosque (entrance fee included, subject to confirmation), admired for its exquisite stalactite ornamentation beneath the dome. The tour also features visits to the historic Baščaršija bazaar, the Austro-Hungarian quarter, and exterior views of the stadium. Later, celebrate Mass at a local church, then check in at your hotel for dinner and overnight accommodation in Sarajevo.
